Customers can create a box of steaks to fit any price range. The business is known for its custom meat processing, with long-term master butchers on staff. Many find the quality excellent and the deals great, wishing the shop were closer so they could return.

Great quality items with a wide selection of meats, sides, desserts and soup starters as well as cheeses, sauces and more. Prices are reasonable for the quality and the service is always excellent. On several occasions, employees have helped walk my items to my car. I recommend BCM often.

If you like supporting your local farmers there is no better place for meat processing. I couldn't be happier and there store is full of unique, locally sourced finds.
