The kids enjoy it. If they have reduced staff and reduced hours, they need to update their hours on Google. We rushed over here at 8:30 at night to get a small present for a birthday the next day. They were already closed. Annoying.

My daughter bought a pair of starter earrings $60. My hubby told her to return them. She went to return and was told No ( only had them for 10 min). She was told they were nonrefundable. My hubby called and asked the girl that answered the phone about it. The girl never said hold, let me get someone else She just disappeared. The next girl on the phone said how can I help you. He had to tell the story again ( pretty rude of first girl). The new girl said the same thing nonrefundable. She said she was a manager. He then asked if there was a sign that says this. Her response was " I don't know I will go look". A manager should no this. She came back and said No I will return them. My daughter went back in and the manager was as Rude as can be. She was telling my daughter how these earrings are no good now and they have to eat the cost of them because they were out of the sterilized package. A manager does not talk to customers like that. I guess in the job market today I will make sure to treat people respectfully. Maybe she shouldn't have that job position and maybe not a job working with the public. Will not recommend or be back. I will make sure I spread the word though!

Bought and paid for 2 gift cards here for my daughters. Brought my daughters back to use their cards, and the original cashier didn't load the cards properly, so they showed a $0 balance. The cashier and manager both basically said tough luck. Nice little racket they have going.
