In and out quickly but they said usually aren't that slow. Unfortunately I did not have a discount coupon. Place was clean and staff friendly.

The credit card terminal is set up to offer you the option of a $5, $10, or $15 tip -- ON A $17 CHILDRENS HAIRCUT! That means if you don't want to pay a THIRTY PERCENT tip ($5, the lowest pre-set option offered), you have to click "other amount" and type in something smaller than the $5 option while the stylists stand there and watch over your shoulder. This is a horrible way to treat your customers.Having said that, this location in every other way meets my expectations for the price (usually get a good cut, staff are friendly). If more reasonable options were offered (10, 15, or 20%, for example), I'd be OK with it. As it stands, I'm offered what amount to 30%, 60%, and 90% options. If I think that's ridiculous, I have to be tip-shamed every time I go in there as I punch the lowest button (30%) or the 'other' button and type in a reasonable tip, and I'm not a fan. This one star is for the owner (or whoever set up the credit card terminal), and not the staff of this location.

Horrible place to go my son was very upset it’s very uneven we asked for a clean trim then she just buzzed his hair off and he was horrified and in tears we’ve gave this place 2 chances and never again

It’s been couple years since going here with bad experiences before. Thought I would give them another try. Big difference. Not a lot of customers, probably due to past history, but got right in and lady gave me a great cut. Timely and much better experience. Will be back.Service: Haircut

My 10 year old son has had some pretty bad haircuts at this location. There is one stylist in particular who cuts worse than I could…leaving areas very uneven and not listening to our instructions. To be honest I wasn’t going to return to this location after the last cut, because with the price increase it is a complete waste of money. But we received a coupon in the mail and decided to give it another try. Kristen did an excellent job! She had a great attitude, and took care to cut his hair just how we wanted it. I am finally impressed by someone at the Tanger location.
