Loft Outlet is one of my go-to stores for stylish and quality clothing! Every time I shop there, I receive excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to assist with sizing or styling advice. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find great pieces, both trendy and classic. Highly recommend for a great shopping experience!

I will never go back and I wish I could rate this store a zero. Stopped in yesterday. The staff looked right at us and never even greeted us. Every other store we visited an employee greeted us or asked if we needed anything just let them know. Even a smile would've better than we received. I will never go there again and I've also passed this on to a few of my friends and family. We frequent Tanger often and have never had this experience.

ZERO stars!! My daughter and I stopped in your store Saturday afternoon. She is starting an important job this week, and I suggested to her that your store would have nice, work clothes for her to invest in. As we were perusing the clearance area, an employee appeared to "straighten" the area. It became quite clear she was doing more watching us than straightening, so I instructed my daughter to keep shopping, and don't look suspicious. Much to my disappointment, another employee appeared behind us to "straighten." At this point, I became angry. Not one of them asked if we were finding what we needed, or even greeted us. I am not sure what experiences your employees have had with people of color, but it is very frustrating to me to not be able to shop comfortably without being considered suspect. Subsequently, I instructed my daughter to drop the slacks and shirt she wanted to purchase and we proceeded to leave your store, albeit, not before catching the nasty eye of the cashier at the register. I have shopped at Ann Taylor for years. It may not mean much to your bottom line, but that was my last visit. Please train your employees to treat all customers with common retail, and human courtesy.Sincerely, a former customer.

The first time I discovered the Loft was when I needed a maternity dress for my baby shower. As it got closer I needed a different size. The customer service rushed me one in time for my shower. I was hooked! For 2 years I have been shopping almost exclusively at the Loft and the nearby outlet. I get daily emails from the outlet owner and from Loft offering percentages off an item or double rewards days. A week ago I went to this location and tried to use the coupons. It was my first time ever using them. The cashier told me she never heard of the double rewards days coupons and wasn't able to use my coupons. My coupon emails literally have their address listed on them. So I finished my transaction, even let her sign me up for the credit card. I figured I'd contact customer service again like before and they'd help me understand. They basically replied back that it's up to the store level whether or not coupons will be honored. So I'm a little ticked I've dealt with multiple daily emails encouraging me to go to the store and shop only to be denied the offers. Feels a little like bait-and-switch. Makes me kind of d*** for being so loyal.

I’d like to give this store a zero after what I experienced 23 minutes before closing last night. My daughter and I came to the store right after work because she needed black pants for work and had been in the store since 6:20pm gathering clothes to try on. At 6:37 we went with that armful of clothes to the dressing room to try them on and found the employees had it blocked for cleaning and we could hear a vacuum running. We went to the clerk remaining in the store and asked to try on clothes, she said it would be closed until closing for cleaning. Why didn’t either one of them approach us to let us know it was being closed and give us opportunity to try the clothes on BEFORE they closed it? That clearly told me it was because they did not care one bit about me, the customer. This is unacceptable!

I was happy to find a really nice shirt for my baby sister who was visiting. This store is a little pricey but they have some really nice things for women.

Very nice selection of top quality fashions. Many discounts to be found along with clearence markdowns. Store merchandise is very orderly and neat. A definite stop!
