The store itself is amazing! The girl sitting on the counter and made us feel as if we were interrupting her time was so very rude.

Great place with lots of local Michigan stuff, clothing, accessories, plaques, pet plaques and gear, coffee mugs/to go cups, wine glasses. A small variety of cherry jams and such. Some local made natural soaps. They have cute art work and sand filled glass ornaments as well. The store itself is clean and well layed out. Employee was friendly.It's all a little more $$$ than what I like to spend, which is why I gave only 4 stars. But I do know this is normal for stores like this. Great place for gifts if your looking for something specific. Some of the tee shirt designs were very cool, was very tempted to buy one, maybe next time!

Friendly and helpful staff. They will spend time with you so you may pick out the right piece. No rushing in showing you jewelry and no rushing out of the store. This will be my go to place for jewelry.

Never had worse service in my life. Absolutely 0 communication skills and 0 customer relation skills. Once they sell you the ring, you mean nothing to them. The store manager did not make any effort to make me feel assured that everything was going to get resolved. I regret coming here completely. I should have left the store after seeing the first consumer complain and storm out of this store. Avoid this location at all costs. I had to go to their store a total of 12 times to buy one ring. Every time they told me they would call me, I would not receive a call back. They promised to have my ring ready before my engagement proposal and, of course, they did not so they swapped in a LOW quality diamond as a "temporary replacement." Once the proposal was done, I came back to get my ring re-sized and the correct diamond put on (which they promised would take 2-3 days because of all the trouble they caused me). Exactly two weeks & 5 phone-calls later, it's finally finished. The cherry on top is that they over charged for the ring. My bill came up almost $200 over the agreed upon price. I called them about this several times and they promised me the manager would take care of it. After 4 phonecalls, I finally got a chance to talk to the manager and, of course, he had no idea what was going on. He "thought I was coming into their store to get this resolved." Meanwhile, I have a voicemail from their employee(my salesperson) stating "the manager will take care of this don't worry." So there goes another trip to their store to fix something THEY MESSED UP once again. Finally, the real kicker - I was told I'd get 12 months interest free without any problem. We went through an entire discussion of how payments work and when the first payment would be. Turns out I was billed almost 3 weeks earlier than the promised first bill date... AND I WAS CHARGED INTEREST! Turns out I needed to put 20% down to avoid interest and get 12 month's interest free financing, none of which was communicated to me otherwise I would have put a down-payment without any issues. I had to call the Jared credit card company to make any progress because the store manager certainly wasn't doing anything. Finally, the Jared store manager wanted me to come back into the store for me to "return & repurchase the ring" so that I would get my interest-free 12 months. At this point, I am so fed up with the service, I opted to pay off the entire ring in one payment to avoid ever seeing these people again and avoid coming to their store for the 13th time (40 minute trip each time). Absolutely unacceptable service for a business of this size. I'm not sure how someone that screws up this many times, this badly, can keep their job.

I had to walk out from how rudely I was treated. Very unprofessional and unkind older man waited on me. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.
