So glad I picked Secure Storage! The units are clean and in great order. Love being able to do off/pick up anytime. The grounds appear very secure so I'm not worried about leaving my items there. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Secure storage has been a great place to store some of our extra stuff. I feel peace of mind knowing that it is secure. When I needed a larger unit, the friendly staff made it a simple process.
They offer climate controlled and non-climate controlled units of many different sizes. There are even storage spots for parking an RV, boat, or trailer for the off season.

I have had a unit with this place for almost a year now and miss Kendall has been the most understanding person I have met I have been late a few times and she has understood they are friendly and to be honest the only storage unit I will ever use again I would give this place a 20/10 stars if I could

Horrible experience. I got put into a unit, went to put my things in a day later, the unit was filled up with someone else’s stuff. Got a new unit a WEEK LATER (I had already paid), that unit had a lock on it with someone else’s stuff. Another week later, another new unit, finally an empty one. The lady I talked to said she was so sorry and offered to comp my first month because I didn’t get in until 3 weeks into the month. Called back two weeks later because I never received my compensation, and now they say they never offer a whole month compensation. If I had the time I’d move to a different place but unfortunately I’m stuck here for the foreseeable future. If you’re in a hurry for a storage unit do not go here.

The woman at the front desk, Tereasa, was very kind and informative. Excellent customer service; even offered us a cup of coffee! With the good rates and friendly service, I would definitely recommend to a friend in need of storage.

We moved from Arizona to Michigan over 4th of July weekend. Allison gave us access to two storage units and an off hours phone number is case we had any issues accessing the facilities. They made the move stress free and we were able to store all our belongings and get our uhaul returned on time. Excellent customer service and the units are clean and dry. Would recommend them for your storage needs.
