Employees are nice, but not capable of doing their job properly, manager seems to never be available when ya call, and are likely to setup your plan incorrectly which resulted in my bill being more and it can't seem to get sorted out. I do not recommend this location. Go to the Grandville location if you're in need of help.

If it were possible, I would give this team 10 stars. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient! They provide answers, not excuses. Have not had any trouble and don't anticipate any either with our new phones or service. However, I am completely confident IF we do, one call or visit, and we will be well taken care of. Walked in...no greeting. Looked at phones for 10 minutes...not being acknowledged.So much for buying a new phone!! ....they don't have time for me! Might be the time to switch carriers ?

Said phone was brand new but had another number connected and wouldn’t refund my money or fix the issue when it wasn’t even my fault terrible customer service and I personally do not recommend anyone to go here my phone lasted one week before it started to not work because they reported it stolen when I bought it in cash basically stealing my money and tried to blame me and also when I came in to fix the issues they told me come back in a hour without saying anything about having to bring 40 dollars then when I got there the workers asked for 40 dollars to fix it which I think was a scam because they still couldn’t fix it and also lied and said I would be refunded in full then next day say they couldn’t do anything about it when nun of this was my fault they sold me someone else phone one of my worst experiences with a t mobile ever no joke !

Cant help me because he doesn’t have desktop computer. Says “we assume our customers have desktops”. ???Says my account is old sprint account that hasn’t been integrated with t-mobile. So he can’t help me.Just so many excuses. Unbelievable. How this place stays open is beyond me

Watch your bill after using this store for an upgrade or replacement. Added insurance p360 and two "Digits" lines to account without my knowledge. Stopped by the store and was told they'd take care of it. Well two months later I had to call tmobile directly to get removed and bill credited. Not very ethical way to do business

Terrible customer service. They will tell you whatever to get you to sign up or upgrade and when it is different on your monthly bill they just say "oh well, you'll have to call customer support". Zero assistance even when they admit that they screwed up.

Went un to get Hint removed from account because still being charged . Male mobile expert add p360 on all my lines unprompted and increased my bill 63$.
