The associate at The Uniform Outlet was super friendly and really great at explaining the current sales and the exchange policy. The store was very clean and well organized and it was very easy to find everything I was looking for.

Entitled/sarcastic employee helping me and ridiculous return policy. For a business with under 4 stars, there should be some proactive renovation on the policy and employee attitude. This a store for customers to shop, customer service should be the forefront of the core values for any business. It doesn’t mean the customer is always right, just be kind and friendly to your customers, and allow returns!! Is profit that hard to come by? That wouldn’t be a problem with better customer service instead of aggressive sale tactics

Angry doesn’t describe how I feel. Do NOT shop here! They do not offer returns only exchanges. What kind of business in today’s world doesn’t offer returns. I will never shop here again and will tell every one I know at the hospital I work at to not shop here too! Change your policies and you will get more business!

The Uniform Outlet does not tell you that when you order online you CANNOT return/exchange in person. I wish they made this clear when ordering and in the store. When your return policies differ from every other online retailer, that needs to be made abundantly clear to the consumer. I reviewed my order confirmation emails and none mentioned these archaic return policies. Waste of time and money. ??????

I love the Tanger outlet. although I never experienced something so disturbing and rude as a buying costumer from Julie the "manger" at Uniform Outlet. I came in Saturday afternoon I purchased top and bottom. my total was 68.50 at first until I said "oh my" Julie took it upon herself to say "one moment I have something that'll work" . she discounted my items , I then went home and realized they didn't fit comfortably. I went back in Sunday to attempt to exchange . But Julie had a disgusting look on her face and instantly said "no it's final sale" I said "it was never actually on sale you applied the sale to something full price" she said "I'll never give out sales again , it smells like weed" she then snatched my pants and bags and said "fine I'll deal with it" I looked her in disbelief with such nasty costumer service and rude remarks to a buying costumer. She was giggling and whispering who knows what. I told her to treat others kind and she laughed and said "right, you don't need to be shopping here" . I instantly dropped my jaw grabbed my items and left.
