I had to reschedule my appointments multiple times because of poor communication between this business and safelite auto glass. When i got my vehicle back, my check engine light was on and my car started chugging, stalling and my rpm guage was wiggling around 1-2 when idle. After some investigation, i found that a fuse was blown during the process and the mechanic took the fuse to my emmission valve, thinking it was unused, to replace it, causing a multitude of problems. I even ordered a new EVAP valve before i was able to diagnose the problem.Services: Body & Trim

Great people, great prices and great service!! I was taking a trip from Alpena to downstate and halfway through my car started having major issues! The next morning I took my car there and they fit me in right then and fixed everything before I had to leave! They were very honest and nice to work with. So glad I found this place. Will recommend to everyone I know in the area!

I also have to say this place is sleazy. $700 for a $200 fix. The owner showed me his texts to his mechanic addressing the issue and I saw he told his mechanic that he made it right and refunded me some money. Lies! Cost me $700 to make my problems MUCH worse, NEVER got a refund of any money, had a different mechanic pick up my truck (bc i couldnt even drive it more than 3 miles upon leaving!) and he fixed it in four hours for $150!!!

This place is the biggest joke around. I have just been sued by them for work they never did. I brought my car in last summer to have it looked at. I dropped it off and picked it up 1 day later. They told me a whole of bunch of things were wrong with it. I scheduled a time to bring it back a week later.
