Very poor experience. Bought a new phone Sat, went home had a sync error message, returned Monday, rep couldn’t fix, tried bluffing his way out of it, offered no further assistance. Told me to go to Apple Store ( 20 minutes away) or could return phone with $50 restock fee. Very poor attitude, disappointed!! Beware

Nothing but good things to say about my experience today. Eli was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job. He was also knowledgeable on the differences and capabilities of all the phones and accessories I was interested in.

My parents went to this store after buying 2 brand new iPhone 14 Pro’s; bought 2 cases and 2 screen protectors from them as they were leaving the country on vacation the next day and wouldn’t have time to order them online. While on vacation they realized the person who installed their screen protectors had given them iPhone X screen protectors as both their screen protectors have “notches” in them. As they got back into the country they went back to the store and stated what had happened. Russell’s Verizon refused to rectify the situation in any way shape or form. My parents were not even asking for their money back just the right screen protector; they were okay with spending the money they just felt like they should have the right screen protector but since it had been over a month, there is no leniency or nothing. I understand you have a return policy, but there also should be a policy in place for when the store messes up instead of boohoo you are out of luck. Like if someone comes to you they put their trust into the business and would hope you aren’t scamming customers. Obviously if they are spending $50 a piece on screen protectors they are not as experienced with tech and I feel like they shouldn’t have gotten taken advantage of.

We wanted to buy a iPhone Pro. Since us older people don’t know so much about technology I asked the manger few questions about the phone. He was very rude to me. I will never go there again. They are giving Verizon a bad reputation.

Regret bringing our business to Verizon was never told that a promotion would drop off after a. year and that our bill would go up over $100 a month. I called customer service they said I had to go back to the branch that I opened the account at which is the 84th street location in Byron Center I called the store and spoke to Ryan, he was extremely rude did not care to listen to what I had to say and hung up on me. I tried calling back he would not answer my call. Finally a lady answered and told me to call customer service. I can’t believe the dishonesty and deceitfulness a salesperson will go through just to get an account a business account at that. We were with T-Mobile for many years and never had any troubles I went to Verizon because I was told they had amazing customer service and because it was close to home and supposedly better rates worst customer service both over the phone and at store absolutely horrible. Once they have your business they do not care about you, your just another no one to them. They are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Worst customer service. All they care about it getting that sale after that don't ever bother calling or stopping by they won't care about any questions or issues.

Nancy was very helpful in getting my phone back to work while also getting me updated to the newest phone for my use. She was also very helpful in navigating me with the new features of this phone.I was very happy with the professionalism and the courtesy I received.

My wife and I just got back from Florida! We had many things to do and one was to get my phone looked at because my screen saver and case were damaged! I walked in and Nancy was very helpful and within a few minutes I had a new screen saver and a new case was being mailed to my house!Thank you very much!!!

Horrible service and completely unprofessional. We ordered tablets from Verizon to be picked up here. We went yesterday to pick up the tablets and Dakota (employee) stated that there was a problem with the tablets and he needed to contact Verizon. Dakota wasn't able to get the problem solved through Verizon while we were there so he said to come back today. When arriving today, a female manager, skinny, dark hair and in her late 50's was working with Dakota. She stated that they SOLD and gave away the tablets and didn't have them anymore. Despite us already paying for the taxes and everything. This female in her 50's was unapologetic and rude.Verizon reached out to the store. Dakota answered the phone and completely lied saying that the tablets were for a corporate customer despite my fiance being there just yesterday and him working on the tablets to give to us. My fiance physically saw our tablets.
