Walgreens is generally appreciated for its helpful staff and convenient location, especially for those who prefer drive-up service. However, the drive-up window often causes long waits, sometimes over 20 minutes, due to the setup, making it difficult for disabled customers to use. Inside, the staff are friendly and helpful, with one employee named Missy providing especially good assistance with photo printing for a Mother's Day gift. Despite these positives, some customers find the checkout staff lacking in social skills, sometimes responding with minimal communication. Overall, Walgreens is a good place with helpful employees, but the drive-up process and checkout interactions could be improved for a better customer experience.
We have a few options when it comes to local pharmacies but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Chris is the best pharmacist in West Michigan and it’s not even close!

This is a very nice Walgreens with a large variety of drugstore items. It’s always clean, and the staff is helpful and kind. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for a prescription pickup even when it’s really busy. My favorite part is they don’t press you about getting a credit card at checkout.

Pharmacy staff are unfriendly, short and dismissive. Most lack the interpersonal skills and patience to work with the public especially the elderly patient population. Recommend sending them to customer service training.
