Went in to buy a radio that cost just over $300 for my car. Walked out having spent over $600 with no offer for installation and paying $200 for a part that costs less than $60 on amazon. I see no reason for the drastic upcharge. Very disappointing when trying to support an in person location.

I would give 5 stars but Michigan has a problem with up-charging for conversion kits instead of just selling me what I need for my house? Delivery was slightly less than satisfactory. However, customer service, purchase and price were excellent at the store. Jeremy B was 5 stars with great communication throughout the process. VanDrie helped, I purchased the same products @ ABC Warehouse for $5000 less, total at VanDrie was $11,800 and ABC was $6300. Please check prices on your phone in the store on the exact product your purchasing. Example: VanDrie had a beauty rest mattress for $2700 and on the Beauty Rest website the same mattress with delivery was $1800. ABC Warehouse was within $100 of products being sold VanDrie was $400 and more over MSRP.

We've purchased a lot of appliances here, and everytime the employees were helpful, informative. With no pressure on trying to make a sale. I would recommend purchasing appliances from here.

We recently purchased a GE washer and dryer set from ABC Warehouse in Cadillac. Our Sales Specialist Jeremy B was extremely knowledgeable, matching us with the right fit for our laundry needs. The Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialists, John L and David seamlessly installed the stacked washer and dryer combo and educated me on the new products, all-the-while having such upbeat, professional attitudes! They made the whole process fun!

Salesman was attentive, accommodating and professional. Selection was vast on showroom floor. The only thing I didn't like was that after the items I purchased were delivered, NONE of the packing pieces were removed. (The large cardboard boxes, styrofoam, and plastic were left for me to dispose) Since I was told they would only leave the cardboard. I wondered why I even had to pay the delivery charge.

Bought a mattress from John Gibson at ABC Cadillac and had an excellent experience ! He was responsive all the way through the sale and afterwards. I ended up trading in for another mattress and thanks to him the transaction went smoothly. Shout out to John !

Needed a washer, had what I was looking for a reasonably priced, was able to take it home same say. Nice staff and service. Not a huge selection but a nice amount no pushy staf, they seemed to know alot about the items I looked at
