If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Completely unhelpful. Asst Manager was a diffuse CHILD who knows NOTHING. Worst customer service ever!
They said ATT customer service would never send me in to a store for troubleshooting, and on my way home for the store ATT customer service said they do that all the time and this location just didn’t want to help. They had my phone activated quickly and apologized for the experience I had in the Cadillac store.

Julie and another Gentleman (has piercings) helped me when it came time to add a new apple watch to my plan. Even got set up with WiFi equipment too (which is working great by the way) Thank You!!!!

Had great customer service with Julie, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She addressed every customer who came in and multi-tasked to help everyone. Nathan helped me also, and he is extremely kind and helpful. They all deserve credit for their great customer service.

The workers here were great. We tried the services but where we are located we could not get service so we had to cancel services. But as far as the employees here, they were Great to work with.

Nicklaus one best customer assistant at Cadillac store ,won't best ask for Nicklaus you will get top rating from AT&T Nick needs a huge raise. We had AT&T 20 plus years ago , went to Spectrum the manager and costumer service people was great, their headquarters needs get their act together called them several times over their lines running over my septic system with their big trucks also septic feed lines sinking in Ryan a Technician from Cadillac office came still the problems not solved what a. Company never get a dime my money . SAD COMPANY.
