“We were experiencing a electrical failure with our vehicle on a recent trip north. We were able to get our vehicle to this parts store. I discovered we had a alternator failure. No tools with us at the time so we elected to change the battery. And make our way to our destination and replace the alternator. This all happened within minutes if closing time. Both men at the counter were very willing to help. And provided us with the tools to replace our battery. While changing the battery the young man discovered an error in our invoice. He then came outside and refunded some money we were overcharged accidentally. Very honest people in my opinion and deserve your business. Thankyou again for your help and honesty.”

“Cadillac Truck Service, is one of the most upstanding service and repair companies that, I’ve deal with, I had my 2015 Fleetwood Discovery tow into their business at 11 PM, I came in at 8 am when the business opened to get my RV check in and let them know my problem. They got my RV in the shop and by 1:30 phone me to tell me they located all the parts that was needed to get my RV fixed, I gave to go ahead and ask them to be sure to check my brake and drum because they had seriously over heat, they checked my brakes along with the required repairs, and assured me that they didn’t need replacing. I received a call the next morning that my RV was all complete and repaired and ready for the 1575 mile trip back to Florida.

“My wife and I were traveling from British Columbia to Grand Rapids MI when our truck broke down 11 miles north of Cadillac MI. We were able to limp it into town but the Ford dealer was just closing up for the weekend and would not help us find the part we needed until they reopened two days later. Because we were on a tight schedule we decided to take a long shot and see if O'Reilly could help us, but what were the odds they'd have the exact engine part we needed for a 15 year old Ford F350 pickup with a 6.7 litre diesel engine? “Love this place! I was having alot of issues getting the right driveline for my Silverado 3500HD extended cab long box. I had already tried 5 other salvage yards and each time it was the worng part. The difference with Genes was they were actually willing to get hands on the part and measure for me so i knew i had the right part.
