“Best decision ever! I could not of asked for more, they repaired my Mazda CX-5 which looked brand new when I picked it up. They went an the distance to get the car back to me, worked hard with insurance company who usually drag their little feet, but this day, I was the winner for picking Gurden's. My car looks better now than when I bought it..so here is my story.
After the accident I took my car to another body shop in Cadillac, the one with the most reviews, it was a huge mistake, they treated me as if they were doing me a favor to fix my vehicle, knowing trouble was around the corner I pulled my vehicle (they had not touched it) I wanted to have Dean's Auto Body fix my car but they were overbooked, told me
look for someone who could take it sooner than 8 weeks. I went into the reviews and came out thinking Gurden is my best and only hope to get this car done. From the delivery of the car they were responsive, kind, If left a message and they called back!.I felt like making a flyer and putting on every car that had damage, saying to the driver, run don't walk to Gurden they are wonderful!”

“We were experiencing a electrical failure with our vehicle on a recent trip north. We were able to get our vehicle to this parts store. I discovered we had a alternator failure. No tools with us at the time so we elected to change the battery. And make our way to our destination and replace the alternator. This all happened within minutes if closing time. Both men at the counter were very willing to help. And provided us with the tools to replace our battery. While changing the battery the young man discovered an error in our invoice. He then came outside and refunded some money we were overcharged accidentally. Very honest people in my opinion and deserve your business. Thankyou again for your help and honesty.”

After 10 calls to other local places who couldn't help, we called Cadillac truck and Kevin told us to bring it in and they'd give it a go.
