Been calling the place for days and they been closed I went for the first time last month and they were closed as well. It is hard to shop here.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They are not pushy or in the way. Store is always tidy and they have nice supply of products. My only complaint is that the store isn't closer to where I live lol (probably a good thing! 🤣)

Great store, great service, I ended up not liking one of the scents that I bought, so I took it back to another store, and their return policy is amazing!

Came is and did some last minute stress shopping (I'd had a horrible day) the girl today 12-3 becca I think was her name very sweet and friendly. She definitely set the tone for me to shop. It takes 1 person to put a smile on your face she was that person today! Wonderful service!

Bath and body works is so good, I absolutely love it! The workers are always so nice, they have good deals, amazing products that smell wonderful!

As soon as I got there the ladies on the floor were on me. I had a bag slipped to me and off to the discounted fragrances. (Semi annual). And she did exactly what she was supposed to. I spent more than I should, the lady was good. The place was clean and I was happy and smelled good. Defffly go. Especially on the semi annual sale. Heaven

Love the environment when shopping. Staff is always willing to help find the scent your looking for or suggest something very close.

Would like to not even rate 1 star but I have to in order to leave feedback. I do NOT recommend this place it's awful The employees including managers that work their are rude and annoying It's nothing but drama and gossip I have to listen to them when I'm just trying to shop and unwind. 1 of the managers boyfriends come in and hangout their periodically yes I shopped their enough to notice but not anymore don't waste your time
