I had my roof replaced and they didn't vent it properly. I called them out there is 13 leaks in my breezeway and my attic has many different problems. They said they replaced 4 board and charged for them and replaced one. The building inspector of Osceola County came out and inspected it. He said I have a serious problem. The whole thing needs replaced. Ken came out and refused to fix, repair or replace anything that was damaged by there poor work. I would never recommend this company. Save yourself a headache and thousands of dollars !!

I had a new roof put on in 2018. It has leaked around the chimney since day one.
Now I have nail heads popping everywhere.
At first they came out several times and tried to fix it but never did get it to stop leaking. They went as far as altering the chimney buy putting a piece of tin on it saying the chimney is to short. Apparently it wasn't to short the fist 30 years I lived here. Now they don't answer the phone when I call and do not return my calls. Lesson learned I should have taken them to court several years ago.
I've had nothing but trouble from the start. Bigelow is a joke! I wouldn't have them do anything for you. Once they have your money they figure their done.
I would go anywhere else for my construction needs.

Ken came out and walked the roof, taking many pictures of the roof. We then met him in his office and he discussed the concerns he had for our present roof.
We settled on a 50-year shingle with warranty.
The crew worked efficiently and professionally and completed the test off and installation in 1 1/2 days.
Their price was unbeatable by 3 others estimates. We are very happy with our new roof and the great work by Bigelow Exteriors.

Been trying to get a price on garage doors and siding first they lost our request called several times and given a week time in between calls still no response and answer given is not enough hrs in a day

We had a small leak that looked like it was around bath vents in roof, and we had been procrastinating but needed it taken care of before winter. Called at 1:30 pm ...Ken called back within 30 minutes, it started raining lightly, said if he could find a helper he’d be out, called back about 20 minutes later that they were on their way!!!! I’m now sitting inside at 3:30 DONE!! They came out, put in vent boot fixes, noticed a slight issue at roof valley… & Fixed it !! Ken even took pictures of the cracked vents before the fix. We didn’t expect such quick thorough service. Ken told us about a few things going on with our 20+ year old roof & answered all our questions. He's a down to earth kind of guy and there was no pressure to put on a new roof. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience…. Highly recommended!!

Always friendly! Great prices! Goes above and beyond to make customers happy. They are great about explaining what they are doing and why. They have many, many years of experience and it shows. Nice to still have a family business that treats you like family.
