The “assistant manager” was VERY rude and not professional at all. Used to come here all the time but most likely will not be coming back since this experience I’ve had with the specific worker.

I would just like to keep it short and sweet. The assistant manager at this time is a hurtful and inconsiderate person. I was recently just in their store and she had said some quite inappropriate and negative words to me. When I was just trying to ask a question and continue on my way. I loved this store for their coffee and employees. Now, I feel differently. I’d just like to say, you don’t know what’s happening in peoples everyday lives. So be empathetic.
