The man doing my nails couldn’t understand a word I said or what I was asking for. My nails looked nothing like what I asked for with a reference photo. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. It’s embarrassing to have on my fingers. I spent 60 dollars on this.

Two disappointing things. One, my husband and I had an appointment that I set up weeks in advance to get pedicures together. They sat us down together at the appointment time, started my pedicure, then 20 minutes later someone came and started his pedicure, yet ended us at the same time. Second, this is the worst shellac I've ever received, and I've had many. This is what my shellac manicure looks like (excuse my extremely dry fingers) exactly one week after getting them done. I've never had a shellac last less than a week. It was three days before it started peeling. Typically a shellac is something I have to start peeling off myself after my nails grow out so much. Not to mention the color is actually fading away in some spots. This is a first having it peel off itself, let alone that quickly. Very poor quality, not a true shellac. Will not return.
Editing to add these were supposed to be square shaped nails.

Unpleasant experience, service was rushed and they were not friendly and I ended up with wonky nails. Will not be coming back.

I went to Cadillac Nails for a shellac pedicure prior to my trip. The young man who did my pedicure rushed through the entire process, didn't tend to the small calluses and painted my nails that looked like my middle school niece did them. When he asked if I liked my pedicure I told him I did not and mentioned the poor polish application. He just shrugged and said it was done. When I questioned if it was acceptable, he again shrugged. Very disappointing. I'll never go back.

Updated review .. idk what has happened but due to their negligence in hygiene I got a bad case of fungus <31 years wearing acrylic nails> I have had to go "natural" now for few months.
When I called .. female stated was get some oil and sorry.
I used to love going there .. fast in and out .. its to bad really ..

Been going here for over a year & the last handful of times have been absolute disasters. Make appointments with certain qualified techs only to get the hand me downs. This last visit sealed the deal for me & I won't be back. Went in for a fill & color change. Instead the "technician" started popping my nails off saying I needed a full set THEN tells me to do a dip it makes nails stronger. Told her no, put the acrylics back on. Nails are thick, different lengths, & completely lopsided. $55 for a terrible job. Never again.
