I have worked with Mike for over 20 years on several lake front properties. I have always found his knowledge and expertise to be invaluable. I recently renovated a cottage and Mike listed it. On one day we had 8 showings and 2 full price offers. Mike took care of every detail and made the entire selling process smooth and painless. I would never use another realtor for a purchase or sale in the cadillac area. Thanks Mike. ?

Not responsive to buyers basic requests. Deceptive in disclosing full details of property (example: all plumbing stolen out of home, etc.)⚠️ And 4 years later, you prove my point in your reply, that your Deceptive!! ⚠️

If I had to seperate the good from bad/ Unfortunately The bad out weighs the good. They don't detail anything very good, They are also very unprofessional. The truth is id go anywjere but this place.
