My hair stylist, Dana, applied tin foil aggressively directly on my face putting pressure, did not apply even parts, and made my highlights quite chunky despite my previous request for SMALL highlights. She also failed to ask me for an inspiration photo. She was racing back and forth between me and another client while working on me. My highlights were yellow and untoned after washing. In the time, I made an effort to persuade myself it was what I wanted, but I knew deep down that I didn't want it. I then had to go next door to Sally's and spend even more money on products to get it fixed and done professionally again by another hairdresser. Also while sitting and waiting, another hairdresser Lexus was shouting profanity and inappropriate comments while other children where in the hair salon also. I hope other clients have a better experience than I did!

Went in to get my hair cut last minute. The guy there did an amazing job!! I didn't get his name! He was super gentle and he did an amazing job!! I love my hair cut!!!
