Kathy is an absolute professional, she dealt with ATT and put them through their paces when they made it as difficult as they could when I was getting rid of them and signing up for cricket! She explained everything I needed to know. It made the transition as easy as possible. She is the most technically savvy young lady I've ever met.
I'm so pleased with everything and aspect of today's experience.

We bought a Motorola phone 3 months ago....quit working totally...said they need to send it into Motorola..they didn't know how to fix it ..so we bought another phone...told them we wanted something that would last more than 3 months....now they don't answer their office phone me..poor customer service

I usually have a good experience but I went in yesterday 8/12 to upgrade my phone and the guy helping me (Nick I think) started spewing off about political topics, while I was there waiting for my data to transfer. I was very uncomfortable. He trapped me by gatekeeping my phone to continue talking about it and I didn’t know what to do. This is not okay.

Went to get a new I phone and keep # paid 233$ 4 1/2 hours later the manager handed me back the money and had hit wrong button lost my#: now locked out of my Facebook and after an hour next day they tried charging me 45$ more today because deal was only if u brought your # and i didn't have one any more!! Not Joking!!
