They’ve shut down the self-checkout because of so much shop lifting in the store. Sad. Nice employees, plus you get the whole Dollar General experience when you pull up in that mug.

Very poorly managed. Closes early often, can’t hardly see what’s on shelves because of carts full of product in isles. Employees smoking and vaping in front of store constantly. Your best employees were the self checkouts your getting rid of??♂️

So this has to do with Melissa Osborne banning my boyfriend for reason when some day last week we were at burger King and she came flying through the parking lot and almost took off my front end of my vehicle and I told her what is she doing she need to pay attention and she gave me and Anthony a dirty look and and said to us what are you doing then drove off. So tell me how that has anything to do with dollar general don't bring a parking lot incident to your work place.

I give it a one star because it’s never looking good. It was a good store at one point but not anymore. Things are all over and not stick right. The employees don’t do much. There should be more then one or two at a time

Nice place. A bit crowded after truck delivery, but work rather quickly to put things away and clear the isles once again.

one of the stockers was very annoying and kept complaining about how someone pissed in a bowl of ramen and that he had to clean it up and he kept talking to me about how he was form gaylord up north other than that the experience was fine

I just had the best experience here earlier today.James and Alissa were working, and it was about a half an hour before closing. I wandered up and down each aisle like I always do, and on top of feeling not at all rushed (I'm sure they were ready to go home), they were also assisting me in finding stuff when I asked. I had a great conversation with James at the register, and I left there feeling extremely happy and valued.Thank you both for going the extra mile.Manager: If this is the way your employees treat all their customers, they deserve a great big raise!

Their business model is great, and this store is no exception. Thanks for making such a fantastic store. Location is also key, and this place doesn't get it wrong. Easy to access, and easy to hit on the way out of Cadillac. Great job all the way around.

This store is so disgusting. You can’t walk through the store because nothing is on the shelves just sits in piles and boxes all over the isles. If you are in a wheelchair you won’t be able to shop here. No room. Very dirty also. Whoever owns this location obviously doesn’t enter it ever.

This store is the worse store lately that i have been in because people go to work drinking and them not doing nothing about it... Then another worker has not been there and still cause problems with other people well this store has been completely turned around for the worse they need to have a big turn around and this store has went way down hill and its so sad
