I walked in and was immediately told i was being kept watch of because of people with “sticky fingers”. This was my first time in the store and was judged right when I walked in I am not sure if it was my appearance or the fact that I am young or what but this was so unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable and completely ruined the shopping experience i left immediately. It was very rude in my eyes where it was my first time in there and i was excited to look around, but again the experience was quickly ruined. Edit: I have never been to Cadilac I live in Traverse City so I would love to see the security you have of me with a different hair color please. I responded to the young women who asked if she could help me and said no thank you so I have no idea what you are talking about. My “large bag” was a medium sized purse. Again I have never been to Cadilac so I have no idea why you think I have ever been in your store but please rewatch the security you think you have of me. I will never be returning.
