Apparently, fed-ex cannot find my address. However, contacting them with instructions is nearly impossible. They require a tracking # that is different from the Amazon tracking #. And again,talking to a live person with knowledge of the area is impossible (unlike UPS).

Delivery was dropped at a wrong address. Customer service to fix the problem didn’t exist. Horrible experience

You folks should just give up and stop trying to be UPS! Cause your service SUCKS and that is AT BEST!
