This is a bit late but I brought a Ryobi lawn mower a couple of weeks and "Mike" (tall older gentleman with glasses and a beard) was incredibly helpful. The mower is incredible as well!!

Purchased stove dishwasher microwave refrigerator this past July they took forever to deliver it refrigerator was dented we called customer service to report it are we have been doing is getting the runaround we requested a new refrigerator they told us a day they were going to deliver never showed up never contacted us then told us that refrigerator was damaged this has been going on for over a month not very happy at all

Wanted to give an updated review on Cadillac, MI Home Depot store. Awesome customer service today! A couple weeks ago, we left a VERY negative review. It was warranted. However, the manager, Chris G. actually took the time to find our phone number & called to inquire about it. Impressive!! Today, we went into the store for a few items. From the time we walked in, through our checkout process, we received the great customer service we'd been used to at our local Home Depot! At checkout, we asked the associate, Christi, (who'd been extremely helpful), if she could call Chris for us before we checked out. We accompanied her to the service desk where Chris met us. We thanked him for his phone call & told him how much we appreciated the time he put into the initial call, subsequent emails back & forth and making things right. Cadillac Home Depot, Chris G., himself (and today, Christi in particular) definitely went above & beyond to do right by us and we appreciate it! Thanks, Cadillac Home Depot!
