The staff are great people, I can’t say enough good things about them. I ended up getting rear ended in my truck, brought it to them and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. They kept me up to date on everything and did a great job. I highly recommend them for any body work you need.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gerber Collision. From the time I dropped my truck off, to picking it up I was always kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. Great group of people that work there, I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything and I will be spreading the word.

They gave me my car back with black specs all over the white bumper. After I took it back they re painted it with no black specs, but the bumper don't match my car. They are going to make it right though. I have an appointment to get it re sprayed.

Gerber always did what they said, and got me a loaner vehicle from them, I've used Gerber Collision in Grand Rapids and Cadillac both great.

They say that they want the chance to make it right but after being inconvenienced 4 times they still couldn't fix it.....All I could get was lies and excuses.They ruined my car by replacing something that was not even broken.No wonder insurance is so expensive when they add stuff to the bill when it's not broken...Never thought getting my car fixed would be such a hassle.

Do not go here. They do the bare minimum and take forever! The work they did ok my car, didn't last maybe 6 months, and something was wrong with it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Gerber had our 2016 Ford F-150 for body work due to hitting a deer. They would update us on Tuesday and Thursdays, however, their updates were never accurate, they were actually LIES! They told us multiple times parts were ordered, engine was ordered, one time they even told us our vehicle was at a different mechanic, called the other shop and they didn’t have the vehicle or any idea about it. After THREE months of run around, we found out in fact NOTHING had been ordered and no work was completed. Called corporate and was told someone would contact us within 24 hours due to the poor customer service, and no one ever reached out. It was such poor communication and customer service that our insurance company paid for our vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Within TWO WEEKS this other mechanic was FINISHED with engine. I would never trust or recommend Gerber to anyone.

I would not recommend them to any one. They were rude to my parents, are scamming the insurance. They didnt even look at the damages very good, they left the fender, wheel well loose, told them it was fine to drive. When they drove the car the wheel well got ripped off from flaping, the wind. When they took it to get an oil change from where they usually go they helped and taped the fender to help secure it better, couldnt believe that Gerber didnt even do anything to help secureit. IT TOOK THEM 9 MONTHS for them to get my moms car, GERBER CANCELED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES, didn't order the part until few weeks before the car was gonna go in instead of ordering the parts when they received the insurance money back in FeB. But the parts weren't in so they canceled again. If they knew the parts are going to be delayed they should have ordered when they got the insurance money. When the car finally got in after 9 months, they were rude, told my parents that they have to do another insurance claim cause the wheel well came off and did more damage. IF THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED THE WHEEL WELL IN THE FIRST PLACE, IT WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

Not impressed with their service at all.. The insurance company referred us. Filed a simple claim in October 2021 from hitting a bird on the freeway. Minimal damage, just the plastic front piece surrounding the grill of our RAM truck. We made an appointment for beginning of Nov. They looked at it, sent the estimate to the insurance, said they would order the part and get back to us. After not hearing from them, I made contact again, they never ordered the part. Said they would, did, then said it would be March before they could get the part and fix the truck. They called in Feb saying the part was in, we made the appointment to get the piece replaced. Once my husband got there for the 9:30am appointment, they informed him it would be a few hours before they could get it in. A FEW HOURS?!? Isn't this why appointments are made? And if they knew there would be a delay, why wouldn't we get a courtesy call to either reschedule later in the day or a different one. After my husband saying he wouldn't wait, they checked and were finally able to pull the truck in and fixed the part. It was a quick job that should have never taken, not only the 3.5 months to get the part and appointment to complete the job, but then be told to wait a few hours! I was ready to ditch this company when they didn't originally order the part they said they would, certainly will not now after the final run around.. Would have done it ourselves if the insurance co would have ok'd it.. I would hate to see their fix-it time if there was any sort of major damage

would not recommend this place period ,my grill fell out on my way home a list so long of im proper repairs its un real, had it taken to another Gerber next day, which they had to do all the repairs over and fix what they broke, nothing lined up ,was a joke of repair work ,and to top it off my seat belts didnt work[UNSAFE] because they didnt put them in right,second shop was amazed at the poor workmanship ,and couldnt understand why they didn't do it right,they had been paid too ,and they stole my 300.00 gloves,and several other things BEWARE,BOLTS MISSING BOLTS NOT TIGHTEND UP WIRES HANGING LOOSE ,PLUS THEY PUT A BIG DENT IN MY PASSANGER DOOR , BATTERY CABLES LOOSE, I WANT MY STUFF BACK MIKE, I did call and talk to mike about the issues ,and the theft, he never called back , theres your good work folks BEWARE well they called me no results guess im gonna keep hammerin this I WANT MY GLOVES BACK MIKE ,,well its 9/29, didn't have the faith anything would come of this , but Jason b did follow thru on keeping his word , i received payment for my missing items , outstanding response buy Gerber the company , thank you Jason, In consideration of the times everybody has a bad day.Services: Painting
