Very friendly staff, I needed some driveway gravel for a small spot in my driveway, didn't want a full yard of material so I asked if it was possible for me to just shovel some into back of my truck, they said no problem here's a shovel! Affordable and they will do their best to get you the amount of material you need.

Reached out to the business on Monday, requested topsoil delivery. Agreed to price with delivery fee and told that it would be delivered within the next day or so. No delivery Monday. No delivery Tuesday. No delivery Wednesday.
Original agreement was that I would pay the driver at delivery. I made a special trip to the business office before 5 on Thursday. I paid in full for the order at that point. Staff communicated that the delivery would be made on Friday. I thanked them and let them know that I had this weekend available for me
to spread the topsoil and get the job done.
It is now 10 pm on Friday and the delivery was not completed. I have messaged the business, requesting that the order be cancelled and my funds refunded. At this point I will need to buy 40lb bags of topsoil, deliver to the job myself and do the job this weekend. I am hoping that Grahek’s will refund what I paid them for the failed delivery.

I'm very disappointed with them....!! On 3 different occasions I called them and the call went into an answering machine...I gave the my name the type of plant I was looking for my area code and phone number...I even gave them the town I live in...I'm far enough away from them that to know if they had the plant I was looking for was important.....no calls back to me as of 9/6/22....6 days waiting..... they are losing a great deal of money over the course of a year ignoring phone people....very sad situation knowing they have a nice business running on 1/2 power......
