Customer service is a joke. The rudest two young ladies, who I should say acted like bullies, should be fired. Terrible with people and obviously a sense of entitlement. We USED to come here once a week and now it'll be zero. Snotty beyond and talking about customers when they can hear you probably shouldn't be a company motto. Get a grip on your staff

Deals are good. However I won't be shopping here again. Bought boots that I only tried one boot on didn't realize till I got them home that part of boot lace bracket was broke off. Took them back and was treated very poorly, accused of breaking them by over tightening ( I have a broken arm I can't even tie my shoes). Nope not spending any more of my money there. Worker was so rude!

Love Label Shoppers! The clothing is great quality, great prices and the store assistant Sally is a great help. I enjoy visiting the store with the friendly staff. I have found so many beautiful clothes that people ask me who matches my outfits. Jackets, boots, shoes,tops jeans. They have it all.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible they staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I asked a question and got a snobby response back from an older lady with darker hair and glasses. I do not recommend taking the time out of your day to go into this store and get disrespected, they have lost a lot of business!!

Good deals on name brand clothes . There was a large assortment of high end names and all sizes to choose from. Something for everyone the staff was very friendly and helpful while they were very busy . Store was very well lit up and very clean including the changing rooms that were very clean

All the cloths I got were name brand and either brand new or looked brand new and it cost about half of retail.. I fail to see where you can go wrong.

It's super empty usually and doesn't have overly loud music. The workers are nice and take the time to make sure everything is working correctly for you. This store has such inclusive sizing, I was shocked! It's almost as if a Burlington and tjmaxx clearance section combined. So much to look at and choose from! And all very good quality and sooooo cheap!!

The workers were super nice and they have very comfortable clothes with many sizes. I have body issues and I don't really like girly things but this store changed my mind sorta to mix and match outfits. ❤️ %100 would recommend it.

My grand daughters went in there tonight to find 1 single thing. they knew exactly where it was, and not only were the employees that were working completely rude and made them feel bad for coming in, they laughed at them all while they could hear the employees laughing about the "clothing section they chose" we will NEVER be back, and it's a shame because we really enjoy your store.

My boyfriend has a heart condition and cannot wear a mask. He went in yesterday and the cashier was very rude to him and said if he can’t wear a mask, they don’t need his business. Needless to say, they’ve lost the business of my entire family and more. I’ve never seen ruder people.

Was told to leave because I didn't have a mask on. I am not able to wear one. The deals are great but the customer service is bad.
