I just want to say that we switched to your pharmacy after having several issues with Walgreens over the years- and we are so glad we made the switch. Every person I've talked with over the phone and in person has been accurate, punctual, helpful, and KIND!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was on a Fri., one lady in the pharmacy was going to deny me my pain meds until Monday so she could talk to the head pharmacist because SHE thinks I'm getting to many pills for a 23 day supply. I said, so you are telling me that I have to go all weekend in pain because YOU, that is NOT my DOCTOR thinks I don't need them. What bull$*it ? then, which is none if her business, she ask what my diagnosis was and I proceeded to tell her, (I shouldn't have) I told her Bone Cancer, she replied, 0oh well then I will get it filled for you. Now you tell me how that is right, it is not. In my opinion, broken toe, bone cancer, broken leg, whatever. Who is she to say how many pain pills I need.

Could they make pick ups of meds anymore inconvenient for people. Not opening till 10 am weekends and 9 am weekdays.

My husband found himself totally out of an eyedrop that he seriously needed. Meijer was out of the eyedrop. But the young man that waited on me went above and beyond calling all around Cadillac no on had it. But he found it in Reed City. That is top grade customer service. Thank you

If I could I would give them zero stars. They never have medication ready when I call and then when we also show up! Give you a couple minutes! You had all day yesterday! Really takes two days! My daughter has two infections and needs her Anabiotic’s. This isn’t the first time either! Multiple times it has happen! Better management or something! Lazy and Inconvenient

I needed to pick up a prescription at the Meijers pharmacy in Cadillac because it was open until 9 pm. I live on the Betsie River near Thompsonville and dont usually go there but my mom is in Hospice and an antibiotic was needed after usual business hours. I got my elderly mom in the car and headed to Meijers. We arrived at 8:59. I ran into the store just as they were pulling the aluminum shade down. I yelled "please stop". I need to pick up a script for my mom. He said "we are closed". I said that I had just driven 45 minutes and really needed that drug for my mom. Again he said "we are closed". I looked at my watch and it had just turned to 9:00. I pleaded with him that it was just 9. He discussed the situation with the other 2 employees there and must have relented because he finally gave me the pills. His last comment to me was that they work 15 hour days and how are they supposed to leave at 9 when I arrived at 9? I understand that people want to go home and we all get tired. I feel that way sometimes caring for my mom. I wish your employee could have been more understanding and kind. A little of that goes a long way. We dont know what others are going through. I left the department feeling very let down and depressed. Thankfully the other employees at your store were very polite and inquired if I needed any help. I would give the rest of your store 5 stars but your pharmacy department needs a course on compassion and customer care.

I ended up switching to Walgreens several years ago because Meijer is so slow. I had an Rx to urgently fill today, the lady told me a half hour, so I did my shopping. 40 minutes later I came back and the guy said it would be another half an hour. I am extremely frustrated and am reminded why I switched to Walgreens!
