Tried setting an appointment with them twice, the first time they re routed me to kalkaska even though I typed in 49601. Second time I sent a request for an appointment 4 hrs before they opened and they did not get back to me until they were about to close. If you intend on going through them for anything, I strongly recommend you walk in the set anything up. Otherwise you won't hear from them at all.

Avoid Midas in Cadillac.
I brought my truck in for a simple wheel speed sensor fix. Midas installed the wrong sensor, and I had to bring the truck back three times—and they still didn’t fix the issue. I ended up taking it to a different shop, where I was told the wrong part had been installed. They replaced it with the correct one, and the truck was immediately fixed.
Despite paying Midas for both the incorrect part and the labor, I wasn’t refunded a dime. When I called, I was told it was “out of the worker’s hands” and to contact the owner. I reached out, but months have passed without any follow-up or resolution. The only thing they offered was “a discount on a future service”—as if I’d trust them to touch my vehicle again.
If you need repairs, go to a shop that stands behind their work. This one doesn’t.

Thankful we found this amazing tire shop. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of his way to help us. He was not only fast and efficient, but incredibly kind and calming, which made a huge difference in such a stressful situation.
In no time, he had us back on the road. We’re so grateful for the outstanding service and compassion we received here.

The first time I came here for an oil change it was fine. The guy wasn’t exactly friendly, but they changed my oil for a reasonable price. Not so happy the second time. Everyone was very friendly, especially the guy that made the appointment. But after they changed my oil they had me replace a filter that really didn’t need it and told me I needed a $400 transmission tune up that suspect is not at all necessary on a car with a manual transmission and 65,000 miles. I will go somewhere else next time.

Stopped in the Cadillac Michigan location with a tire that kept needing me to add air. I didn't pay close attention to names but there was a young lady working that was friendly and professional. And a guy with a beard, he was also friendly and professional. They took a nail out of my tire and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes!!!
