This place is a joke. First, they made us wait for almost an hour after our appointment time while they were on the phone in what seemed like a personal call. Then they kept the car for a couple of hours, making us late for the next appointment we had (which they were informed of). Finally they charged us $100 for what was supposed to be a free estimate.
This might not have been so bad, given what they did, except we had already had this done twice before (which we told them). All I asked for was a price for a very specific service. They then tried to upsell us on a product that would cost about half the price of what the vehicle was worth and wouldn't even do what I asked them to do in the first place.
All in all, we're out $100 for absolutely nothing and they won't do what we asked if they could do in the first place. 1 star is too much for this company.

Lorenzo made the process quick, simple, and at a very fair price. Not only that he was able to get me in quick for it being a small job , saving me from having something a lot worse go wrong while waiting to get some minor work done.
I will definitely be going back for anything I need in the future. 10/10 service, price, and promptness.

Expert installation of the Alpine iLX507 into both of my vehicles. Lorenzo did such a good job on the first vehicle that I had him upgrade my second vehicle with the same iLX507. Professional set up on the sound balance and display options requested. And took the time to instruct me on how to access all the features of the device. Highly recommended after two installations.

Outstanding service, I’ve had to use this venue to service my Smart Start- and they are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend, I hear they do solid audio & electronic work too!

I had a sound system and fog lights installed on my Bronco. Lorenzo and Scott did a professional and fantastic job! He comprehends what the client is asking for and provides top-notch work. I recommend this place for all interested in a great sound system with an outstanding installation. I would provide 10 stars if I could.

I have been there twice with appointments scheduled. Get there I'm told there r 2 in front of me never got mine worked on till the next day. Go back a second time and I was waiting 30 min past my appointment. Tells me his having issues with the one a head of me then decided to stop what he was doing to wait on 2 more walk ins not a good place at all

They will charge $400 & something if you get a remote start from them & have them install but will charge not even $100 less if you supply your own remote start. This place is a joke & a ripoff
