This place is the worst and would no recommend it to anyone. You can even get a real person to talk to. Horrible inhumane treatment for being a health care facility. Not everyone has access to the Internet. Just another way to deny service to real humans. Horrible waynof doing business.

Staff is personable and professional. I barely felt the needle, didn’t hurt. Check in was quick and easy. Results were timely and the website was user friendly.

The SLOWEST lab I've ever been to. I had an appointment at 1pm....for a med check....and it took two hours before I could leave....for a 20 minute appointment. I had to leave work for my appointment. What's the point of making an appointment when they can't even stick to it?? Do not come here if you value your time.

My phlebotomist is excellent. Didn't even feel the poke don't even have a mark. So delightful. Makes me relax. It tries to speed the process up as fast as she can get you in and out. This is my to-go place for my testing. Thank you for your kindness

The local patient service center was wonderful as always, however when I tried to call the main lab in Wood Dale, IL I was on hold for over 40 minutes before I finally hung up the phone. I called the local PSC and got my question answered. Shame on the corporate lab for terrible customer service. The local Cadillac office is great.

I went to see the Quest Labs phlebotomist at Crystal Lake Clinic in Manton to get a blood test that my physician had just ordered. There was nobody but the technician in the lab. When I arrived at her door, it appeared that the technician was playing a game on her phone (phone was tipped sideways and technician was using both thumbs and clicking rapidly). After standing in the doorway for a couple of minutes, watching her as she played, I realized that she had no intention of greeting me or putting her game down. So I greeted her, loudly and cheerfully. The tech still wasn't willing to pause her game or make eye contact and she said nothing back to me after I greeted her.I stood there another minute or so, then gave up and left without getting the blood drawn. I don't have my own transportation, so getting to the hospital's lab for a blood test is not feasible, but I won't return to that technician or to any Quest Labs locations, ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unimpressive!
