“The fedex in Cadillac did everything to deliver my daughters jeep for Christmas to me thank god!!! I had called the fedex 800 number and I couldn’t get a straight answer from them to save my life it was terrible experience however the Cadillac michigan office amazing I talked to a lady she said to call her back if there were any other problems thank you so much”

“I have edited my original review. Since my review over a year ago, my packages have not been arriving damaged anymore from FedEx. The drivers have always been friendly so that was never the reason for a lower score. I suspect that the damage to the packages was happening before they were loaded onto the truck. Thank you for taking more care in handling!”
