This was the worst T mobile store I've ever been too. Uncaring and DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I can't explain it here. I needed to deal with a manager. But hey there was NO manager available. Really? This is how you do business? No manager? We went across the street and dropped T mobile and spent 1100 with Verizon instead.

I love T-Mobile, however, in my experience, this store is not a good representation of T Mobile.I’ve tried to visited the Cadillac store many times and each time I walked out scratching my head asking myself “WHY”?The service is S L O W, the employees seam to be guessing for answers to my questions, and a little courtesy would go a long way…I DO NOT recommend this store ??

We recently purchased 3 new lines with phones, watches and home internet. We had many concerns and went to a neighboring store from which we originally purchased. Tyler from the Cadillac store greeted us with a smile! He held a professional demeanor with friendly service and helped us out with many things…we were unable to solve all our issues but Tyler talked with the store manager Courtney and she emailed the Traverse City store manager and assured us it will all be resolved. Changing to T-Mobile was worth it! Thank you all for your assistance and assurance of getting our issues resolved. We look forward to many more years with T-Mobile!

I have been with T-Mobile since May, they gave me a Revvl6 when I signed up. The service is absolutely terrible. I have a cell phone booster in my home and quite often I am still not able to make a phone call or send a text message. It is the most expensive cell phone service I have ever had and by far the worst. I do not recommend T-Mobile

Absolutely terrible customer service in this establishment. I went in to the store to upgrade my phone. The under trained staff member, Steven, informed us that a case and screen protector were included in the price. He then changed us for the accessories. The store manager, Chelsey, said she couldn't refund us at the moment but if we came back closer to the billing due date she would credit the funds to my account. We came back today to do the credit and now she, Chelsey, states that she cannot refund or credit our account at all due to "COVID restrictions" it was an electronic transaction and there is no mask mandate within the store. She then made a call "to her boss" from her personal phone to then again state she cannot do an electronic transaction "due to COVID". She was absolutely rude the entire time. We have been metro customers for many years and have never had such terrible customer service until this store. While I will recommend Metro service to anyone I will never recommend this store to anyone. This was a $60 over charge from Steven and Chelsey that the store will not correct.

Do NOT use internet from these people, it's extremely expensive for garbage quality. If you're rural order Starlink instead. Even the RV version is 100x faster than the scam T-Mobile is running, and Starlink doesn't have any data caps either

When ever I have to go in the store for questions or help anyone that is in there is very friendly and helpful. Just wish the company itself can have a little better 5g service.

I would definitely recommend!! Brady went above and beyond to get my mom and our accounts switched over. Entire staff was helpful. We both saved well over $100 on our monthly fees over our old carrier and that’s including unlimited home internet in our rural area of Bristol MI.
