I went in today and they were really busy, and I understood that no one had time to check me in or anything so I waited, and waited. I waited an hour, no one asked me if I had an appointment, no one asked me what I needed, no one told me how long I’d have to wait. Nothing. Then they took a walk in during my hour long wait, so I got up and left. That’s an hour of my life I’ll never get back.

Brought my sister and niece for my nieces birthday. I had made an appointment. They didn't have enough people for the three of us to get them all done at the same time. So my sister and niece went first. I waited. I got my pedicure almost complete when I was left without my toes painted for them to do a manicure for a walk in. So, while waiting for my toes to be done I got my full set. They are already popping off three days later... Not to mention the lady going my sisters nails cut her! We spent $300 to get crap service and crap nails.

Made an APPOINTMENT, according to the website they open at 9:30am. So on Monday August 5th, I called and made an appointment for my 8 yr old granddaughter and myself for a pedicure. We arrive Tue Aug 6th at 9:25am. They were already opened, with TWO women sitting in the pedicure chairs and a women sitting waiting. I started chatting with the women who was waiting and turns out she had an appt at 9am. So we are sitting and sitting, nail tech finishes one women, then started the second women and this is 9:45am. Then another young woman comes in, goes straight to the manicure chair, out comes another employee from the back. Nobody ask about the folks already waiting if they had an appointment or anything. The guy finishes with that women and just a few minutes before he is done with her, in comes another women. So when the young women pays for her manicure, the other women just walks up and sets in a manicure chair. That's when I told my granddaughter we will have to go somewhere else and left.

Do not go there. They do not clean properly. I went there over the weekend to get a pedicure and ended up with an infection in my toe because of it. Also go a fill on my nails just to have the gel chip off two days later. Went back to have them fix it and they were rude and made it worse. And after they “fixed it” I had another nail start to peal. The did not want to do anything to fix it. The photo is the same day that they supposedly fixed my nails.

The last 2 times my acrylic nails have peeled within 1-2 days. I mentioned this, absolutely nothing was done. I drive an hour to get my nails done and shouldn’t have to make the drive again to get them fixed within a few days.I went back today after not even two weeks to get them fixed. Not only did they charge me full price, I asked for coffin, he confirmed coffin more than once, and I paid for coffin, but did not get it. I’m a single mom and this is one of the few things I treat myself to.So disappointed as Teresa was always the best but for some reason did not do my nails today even though she was open and I booked with her, asked for her, and even explained why. Bummer that I have to find a new salon.And the hang nail left… what the heck?!

Pinchys is AMAZING!!! Everyone here and I mean everyone that works here are exceptionally accommodating and super attentive to the needs of their patrons. The owner Nick knows how to run a hospitable dining experience. Molly and Courtney waited on us and were awesome as well as the kitchen manager, Rick and the the dining manager, John. The food was amazing! You must try the Tailgater!!!! Oysters, Lobster, Mussels, Clams, and Shrimp were super fresh. The chips covered in beer cheese and shrimp were to die for! Loved this place while visiting Tennessee. I will definitely be back next time in town!!!!
