Didn't have the brand of feed we needed but the store was clean, had a great variety of things from clothing, yard decor, pet care items, the live ducks and chick's looked healthy and the containment they were in was clean.

I went to the store in Cadillac super frustrated about the ticks in my yard. I met Mark who advised me of the best product that had just sold out of because the ticks are so bad here right now. He definitely could have sold me something else, which was more expensive, but he assured me that this was the product I needed. He spent at least 20 minutes on hold with the TC store to find out if I could pick it up there. Thank God they had it, and much thanks to Mark for all of his help, honesty, and patience!

I have never had anything except an amazing experience at this place! Every single member of their team is patient and knowledgeable, not to mention kind. There have been countless times that the staff has gone above and beyond to help me and make me and my [super scary] dogs feel welcome.
Thank you to Dalton, Deanna (sp?), Pete, and the girl who loves horses! An extra BIG shoutout to Steven for taking a few minutes to become besties with Beanie 💜
And to everyone else whose names I can't remember, you guys are awesome and appreciated, keep up the good work! 😀

Do not buy meat birds from TS! I ordered birds from Murry McMurry for 2 years, 120 birds, not a single dead bird! TS birds this batch, 5 dead before 5 weeks, 1 died at 7 weeks, 2 on their death bed and paralyzed at 7 weeks. Don't waste your money! Murry McMurry.
Merricks disease!!! Do not order from them! Stays in your environment for 5 months!

Shout out to Isabella from store 632 came in with a pair of ridge cuts that I blew out a month ago maybe a month and a half I was there to buy muck Boots for my fiance which I ended up buying the ridge cut muck Boots on top of while I was there I was like hey I just bought these boots let me see if ask about these boots they immediately took care of me how to take my old boots which I apologize cuz I work with cattle and they were just saturated and cow poop but they took him back and gave me a brand new pair no hassle bought me a new cowboy hat I can't say nothing bad about this please thank you guys I'll definitely be coming back
