Pros: super nice and friendly to certain people.
Cons: they come off as racist. We are a mixed race family and have gone in on different occasions. They seem to treat POC with less friendliness and enthusiasm. Very bubbly and happy to me, very snarky and rude to my spouse.
Also, they charge you for taping up Amazon returns. Generally our experience with UPS is good. We have a box in our home state and use UPS wherever we travel as it’s easy for Amazon returns and forwarding mail from one location to another. This is the first location out of MANY that required us to have a box and made us pay for tape to return an Amazon package. They insisted it’s policy but I’ve never encountered that before. It is what it is though. For now on, if I’m going to TC, I’ll hold off on anything shipping related till then.

Most of the employees are entitled, rude, and unhelpful. Expect to be snapped at, snarled, looked at and talked to like you're an idiot, or waved off. Sadly this is the only UPS store in town. Also they bully customers in the Google reviews which is incredibly immature and again, ride.
Upside, Amazon returns (which has nothing to do with the employees thankfully). Good luck 🩷

When checking out at self checkout the lady selected no receipt, I was sending back two items . I needed the receipt for both transactions her solution was to take a picture of the printed out packing label for send back . That is unprofessional, let us select our own traction process.

I was returning an item to Amazon. I've never done this before so I went by Amazon instructions. The young lady that was trying to help me was very nice. The older heavy set lady was very rude and impatient. Apparently you aren't supposed to peel off the old shipping label. The old lady said we don't have time to argue, just put the sticker on it and if he doesn't get his refund, that's his problem. I even agreed to buy a new box to ship it in. I was trying to understand what I did wrong but she wouldn't let the young lady even speak. If you can avoid shipping from here, you should.

I went in to have some flyers printed and get a couple of them laminated. I didn't get her name, but the lady helping me was very friendly and helpful. I needed to change the formatting a bit on my flyer to get it to print exactly how I wanted it (lessen learned, print to pdf and then just bring the pdf file in), and she did not complain at all nor did she charge me for the couple of test prints.

Rudest lady I've met in my 45 years of life. Full stop. (However, as a whole, UPS rules! I get everything from amazon. I was just a little jarred with the experience as I've never had a single bad experience with UPS.) I'll just be driving a bit further to a different location in the future. To the employee at the Cadillac location, do better.

Walked in with two Amazon packages to return. The lady at the counter accepted one but not my second. Seemed very annoyed & rude. Told me she was going to charge me $10 to put a peice of tape on my box. I've returned many packages to Traverse City with zero issues but Cadillac always an issue or inconvenience to them. I work retail myself and know you don't talk to customers that way. I walked out went down street to purchase a $1 roll of packing tape & slapped two strips on & dropped it off whereas she was going to charge me $10!?

The drivers in my area are friendly, but every other package delivered by FedEx is damaged. A few looked like someone actually kicked the boxes hard. Not sure if this is happening before my local branch receives the package or when it is loaded onto the truck for delivery, but it is frustrating and should not happen as often as it does.
