“Unfortunately, the information from the customer is not accurate. We could not honor the payments due to fact they did not qualify for the rate quoted to them. Some circumstances are beyond our control.We did mail a check for $100 for the repair. The customer call after 3 weeks and indicated he did not receive the check. The office cancelled payment on the first check and send another. It did pass through our account with his name as endorser. Unfortunately, miss information can reflect inaccurately.
