It's a car wash. Sometimes good sometimes not. Depends on if I go weeks without washing, then not so good. All the complaints about vac area.... sounds like a combo of business needs to check more frequently and customers need to stop being sloppy a holes. 5 stars mainly for the business owners responses, hilarious.

My favorite drive thru car wash. They have free vacuums. Service is exceptional. I got a monthly pass for 20 dollars which allows me to go as many times as i want to.
Our Cadillac store is located in front of Meijer. We offer an unlimited monthly plan with no contract! Pay one monthly price and wash your car up to once a day. We have 5 locations in northern Michigan; 3 in Traverse City and 1 in Gaylord serving northern Michigan for over 20 years! Thank you for supporting a small business!
