First, the employees at the Big Rapids branch are always helpful and friendly. The problem is you can't get help there for problems, you have to call the customer service (service being a joke) center. I've been using their bill pay for over a year. A few months ago, the system dropped all my scheduled bills. When I discovered this, I already had bills that were overdue. The call center rep. couldn't explain what happened but offered to pay the late fees and "hopefully" this wouldn't happen again. Shame on me for not closing the accounts and finding a new bank then. It happened again this month. Bobby at the call center could only repeat that the system didn't show the scheduled payments. She then went on to tell me in a roundabout way that it was user error. She didn't care or check to see that indeed I had been successfully using the system for a year or more. Instead, I was at fault because I don't know how to use the system. I tried calling to talk to a manager but was only able to leave a message. I don't expect to hear back. On the upside, all the time I spent on hold allowed me to change my direct deposit for my pension checks. As soon as this month's check posts, I can close my accounts! These problems seemed to appear after this credit union merged with another credit union. For what it's worth, find another credit union or bank to handle your business!I was contacted later this same date by Jennifer. She listened to what I had to say and looked into the matter. I appreciate the time she took to attempt to fix this problem. Sadly, no one can figure out why this happened with the bill pay service.

this place allows disability discrimination towards their members then they they in the response to a complaint with the state and.noe lawyers are being contacted

Set up payment arrangements and the day after you file for a garnishment. Seems a bit fishy. Planning on getting both the garnishment and the payment arrangements in top of it? Nope you just got your money and broke an arrangement.

This is the worst bank ever to get a loan from. I have been a member there for over 15 years and every time I apply for a loan it’s a big deal, mind you every loan I have argued my way into getting I have paid back on time without ever having a late payment. Now they say it’s the location of where I live... that doesn’t stop my direct deposit from going into my account. Horrible experience!

Go to the bank every week to cash check, every one will do it no problem... weird how I can go there and the tall blonde lady has to put a hold on it?? Nobody else there does and my other banks do not do this.. she waists time gas and patience and I’ll never go to this bank agin!
