So very courteous, personable, and just an overall great experience. I went to another local repair shop previously, due to the location, but would highly recommend Bileth over the other shop to anyone in the Alto, Caledonia and surrounding areas!

Pushed off working on my auto for 6 months. Mixed around details and hit me with higher prices for half the work. Shady for sure!! I paid my bill even after he took 6 months to not complete our agreement.

Very impressed with price as well as speed and knowledge. They did an entire engine swap for me. Pricing was more than competitive and communication was excellent. Really appreciate this group and for sure will be bringing all my vehicles to them in the future.

Terrible communicationMixed words around and didn’t communicate with the warranty company.Kept having excuses as to why they couldn’t get an answer.Pushed out weeks to get my vehicle back.Paid way to much for the work they did.This is just a burn and move on situation.Hope others stay away from this same issue.

Took our truck in over mystery shuttering another mechanic couldn't diagnose. They were quick and responded promptly with a repair that my husband was sure wouldn't fix it. They said they'd stand by the repair and make things right if it wasn't the issue.It wasn't. So we took the truck back about a week later and it seemed to be a completely different company. Texts and calls seemed to be ignored. Communication was nil. I was told it would be a few days before they could diagnose it and it took three weeks. I get that things get busy but a little communication goes a long way. In the end it took a month. They indeed repaired the truck, and stood by their word on the original repair. For a transaction that started out so good it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
