Trying to talk to a human being on the phone is pretty much impossible . Plus they try to get you to
refill prescriptions before they're needed.

Poor...staff never has my meds ready i call from 3 phones all on hold for 30mins plus.then into store and theres not one person in line.this cvs is A joke.i switched to this one because i live close now.however i will transfer my meds to another one.to have to even arrive here for them to say oh we dont have any ready.when they was called in a week prior.I WILL CONTACT CoRPERATE!!!!
