Terrible customer service, never understood people working in customer service, that hate there job. Find another job were you don’t have to deal with people, it’s that simple. It’s not like this is such a high paying job you can’t afford to lose. Never coming back here, I don’t care if I have to drive into Kentwood or Grand Rapids to shop

You better believe that I moved the trash can out of the way when these lazy employees attempted to close 10 minutes ahead of time!! I needed formula and a bottle for my baby! Maybe hire someone who is willing to work until their shift ends!

I would like to share a review regarding a (then) new employee. I had a bad experience with a manager at one point, so I was hesitant when I had to approach the desk with another problem. A new employee, Kaitlyn Myers, stepped up, listened to the problem and helped me right away. She was the most friendly employee I'd ever known at this store. To this day, when I see her, she's always more than kind!!

Like other reviewers have said, D&W pharmacy has shockingly terrible customer service. After a medication was recalled by the FDA due to contamination, the clerk said he would "talk to the pharmacist" but neither him nor the pharmacist ever followed up. Upon return, the pharmacist tried to double charge for a "refill" instead of replacing the recalled/contaminated medication. When confronted about the double billing, the pharmacist became rude and dismissive, and refused to refund or replace the recalled medication. D&W omits the "lot number" from the bottle label, so there's no way for customers to verify if their medication was part of the recall or not. Will never use D&W pharmacy again.

D&Ws Pharmacy operation is disorganized and staff is incompetent. I had a prescription submitted electronically on Tuesday morning. I came to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon (more than 30 hours after D&W pharmacy received it), however staff failed to fill the prescription, told me to come back later because it wasn't ready. This was after I had already waited 15 minutes in a long line.

This location is nice, especially since they allow the double up bucks for those that are using EBT. It's just so expensive here even for being in Caledonia.

So what does buy two get one free mean to you? I purchased 6 cases of seven up and should have gotten three free. Where is the three free cases with the 6 I purchased I’m so confused. And the employee I spoke with claims I got my deal when clearly I didn’t I should have 9 of theses cases total that would include the buy two get one free deal. It’s not buy one get one it’s buy two get one free.

I usually love this store for their convenience but tonight I needed Benadryl because my daughter was having an allergic reaction to something so I went there at 10:40 and they were closed! They are supposed to be open until midnight and had I known I would have gone to Meijer. Being open during normal business hours is a minimum requirement!!!
