I'm over 5/3 Bank and plan on switching, however, Karen who works at the Caledonia Branch along with all the other Ladies and Gentleman have been a great help in current issues of fraud. Karen has been one of my biggest helpers in the last year dealing with my banking issues and has never let me down!

Your rates are absolutely terrible your CD is only paying .01% for an 84 month term. My CU FIGFCU is paying 2.50% for a 12 month term.

I’ve banked with fifth third for a very long time. I have hardly been in the Caledonia branch before but when I had a request to verify funds quicker from our house closing (a rather large check) Mark Barnes Jr was nothing short of helpful, friendly and professional. The title company was giving us a bit of an attitude but Mark remained professional and was able to get the title company to help assist us. Overall I was just taken back with how nice and friendly Mark was and genuinely was trying to help me! Such friendly customer service is hard to find sometimes and I wish everyone could be as friendly and helpful as Mark was! Not to mention he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Someone needs to give him a serious promotion or raise! I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a positive and helpful person at a bank before.

Activated new card got hacked immediately! Call in and talk to someone only. Someone hacked my card at the same time 2 charges pending. 200.00... Activating online is dangerous!
