They took my money for 5 plus years to insure my mobile home. I messed up my payments (forgot one!). Anyway, they canceled my policy and would not allow it to be re-written. One of their adjusters who came out to check my roof after a hail storm wrote that my roof was 'Extreme', so now, other companies that see this don't want to insure me! My roof is fine. Old and ugly, but there are NO LEAKS.I manage a Mobile Home park, and believe me, I will not be recommending this company to new residents ever again!

Horrible customer service. I've been paying for insurance for several years, thinking I was getting full coverage until a neighbors tree felll into my yardThey originally told me I'd get 20k then 2k for several thousand dollars of property damage, and then learing I only had fire ? hazard coverage, which equates to no coverage. These insurance companies are robbing us.. I've since then put in a claim with the insurance commissioners ofc.

We canceled our policy after finding a cheaper rate with better coverage. The company had continuously pushed back the disbursement of our refund check, by claiming different process dates. It has been nearly a month since we canceled our policy and still no refund to pay our new agency. In checking reviews for Foremost, I realized this is a common occurrence and also noticed several law suits against the company. If you can at all ovoid getting insurance with Foremost, I would encourage seeking another company.

The young lady I spoke with about my boat insurance was absolutely outstanding I must say!! For that matter I've called 3 times with questions and all 3 times have been outstanding you can clearly hear them speaking in American tone,very polite,chatty enough to make you comfortable.Honestly every company out there should be fighting you over these employees thank you for the great staff I plan on staying around many more years

We had made a claim for an investment condo that was flooded from a burst pipe from the unit above us. Damage was in excess of $40,000. We filed a claim and received less than $2500. The entire condo was destroyed - cabinets, carpet, flooring, drywall - you name it. We presented quotes corroborating actual repair cost and got no where even after appealing to higher management. It leaves me deeply regretting using their insurance and would not use them again on my other properties. I lost big with Foremost.

They are horrible people when you try to cancel their motorcycle insurance. My husband passed in September all I am trying to do is cancel his policy I gifted the bike to my son it's already registered with my state plus it is insured three times I have sent them what is needed and still they will not can. Do yourself a favor get a different insurance co.cel it

I rarely feel compelled to write google reviews, but I felt compelled to send a warning to anyone looking for short-term rental insurance. Repeated claim denial despite 2 expert opinions verifying the cause of damage. Their solution was for me to pay hundreds of dollars for another expert to come out and gather evidence. Please pay a little more and go with another company.

I really don't know how insurance pays on claims or how quick they r. so I did not give them highest score because their prices are very very high. so disappointed on that. won't be able to tell u about what they payor no of since haven't had a. laim with the in yet

Excellent service, they find you the best prices for all your needs..house, car ,bike,business and even my golf cart..John is very helpful and friendly..what I like is when he tells me he'll get back to me in in an hour, you can bank on it..they'll always be my insurance Company
