Anything that comes out of the fryer there is absolutely disgusting. A few months ago, I ordered a Mexican pizza that was inedible. We just stopped there on Tuesday night and the cinnamon twists and nacho chips were inedible. You could smell the nasty oil when the food got into our car. They are clearly not doing something right because other Taco Bell’s food out of the fryer does not taste like this. I assume the oil never gets changed. They shouldn’t be allowed to serve that food.

Employees...kids where going in and out of the building coming in smelling and looking like they smoked and lost are order somehow and said they could refund us are money or make us are food worst spot on the planet...?

I have never written a review but wow the disrespect I encountered was astonishing. Upon getting our food, the three of us did not receive our drinks. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us need after many glances. So I decide to reach and grab cups for my friends and upon doing so we were then acknowledged. After informing one of them there was in fact a problem, due to her literally asking, she said “can you deal with that I don’t want to deal with that right now”… you asked ma’am. Then I was lectured about how sometimes we don’t know if you get your drinks… well I would tell you if there was some one at the counter TO TELL.

Waited about 7 minutes without a worker acknowledgement, tried to get a cup from behind and that is when they noticed 4 people waiting in line.

I'm not a Taco Bell kinda girl. Hubby is the yo quiero Taco Bell guy. So I was not disappointed in the customer service and hubby loves his soft shell taco Supreme. So I'll give them a benefit of the doubt. I'll be back for hubbies sake.

Twice I have tried to eat here and twice I have stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence. I timed it this morning and 5 minutes I waited. Several employees looked at me, but none said a word or even nodded that they would be right with me. This is unacceptable. I absolutely will NOT be trying again.

I have never been a part of a more unprofessional situation. I arrived before 10 PM to pick up two online orders placed more than 20 minutes prior and the lobby doors were locked. A young man came to the door to tell me that the lobby was closed and that I needed to go through the drive through (that hag 11 cars in it and was wrapped onto the road) to pick up my order. Mind you, this food conceivably should have been made and warm, getting soggy, at this time. I was hesitant, but complied. Upon getting to the window, I was told that they were only able to accept orders under $15. I responded by letting her know that I had already placed my orders online and I was just here to pick them up. She stated that due to short staffing they were not completing online orders prior to arrival in the drive-through. No problem, I mentioned the names for both of my orders. She then told me that she was only able to place one of the orders, and that I would need to return to the end of the drive-through line to complete the second order if I want it. I requested that she canceled at least one of my order so that I was not charged, and she told me “to do it myself.” After trying to problem solve, and cancel both orders to just then order my full request at the drive-through, she stated that I could just find a different Taco Bell and that I was holding up the line. I reluctantly ordered anyways, because there’s no way out of the drive-through line at this location. When I got to the window, I offered my apologies, only to be returned by saying “we will have you back in the line if you’d like anything past your first $15”. And a strong slam of the window in my face. I am usually fairly easy to please, and was willing to both re-order, and offer My apologies. Instead, I am completely disgusted by the disrespect from these employees. I understand that being short staffed can be stressful, and bad days can be had, but this behavior is unacceptable.

Super disappointed I asked them to make my 5 layer burrito into a steak queserito and they won’t do it. Every other taco Bell I’ve been too will gladly do it for me. They also gave me 1/2 nacho fries. Am never coming back to this

Worst taco bell every manager has a stick up his a** and I was missing food. Told me they wouldn't turn my 5 layer burrito into a steak quesoritto when every other taco bell around here will glady do it.

This place gets the job done, simple as that. I haven't had an item mess up, and it comes out pretty fast. It's nice inside, very clean. The joke around Taco Bell is that it makes you have to poop, and even for having that reputation this location manages to have a very clean bathroom that even smells nice. Employees are helpful as well, rounding out this Taco Bell to a 5 star. It's not Ruth's Chris steakhouse, but as far as Taco Bells go, this is one of the best I've been too.Vegetarian options: Their potato soft tacos are great

Went through the drive thru, the attendant was super kind and accommodating. Food was ready quick, all hot and delicious and made properly. Couldn’t ask for better!
