The employees are incredibly helpful, asking if customers need food or treat recommendations, pointing them in the right direction, and informing them of all the sales and promotions. The manager took the time to look up another store and call them to get the right size for a jacket, then picked it up from the other store. One employee discretely confirmed a kid's Christmas gift with the customer. The staff is very friendly and helpful, guiding customers to good puppy food options and helping them decide the best option. The store also has a dog wash station. Customers love that employees spoil their dogs, are super understanding when rescues get nervous, and show that not all people are mean. This location has become a regular place to walk around with dogs, mostly because of the amazing employees.

I came in very last minute before they were closing, to do an exchange on an Ariat jacket. They were out of stock, but the manager took the time to look up another store and call them to get the right size for me. Picked it up from the other store for me as well! Don and the manager were so kind and helpful!

Trev is the best. I walked in and he realized I talked to him on the phone about a kid's Christmas gift, so he discretely confirmed that with my kid nearby. A perfect example of why local places are still known for great service!

I've been to this location quite a few times and everyone I've met who works here is so helpful and kind! Special shoutout to Don, who went above and beyond helping my boyfriend a I find an attachment we in looking for!
