I had a screw stuck in my tire. Everyone I was calling was too busy to fix it right away. I called Velocity Motors and although they were extremely busy also, they told me to bring it in and they would get it fixed for me! That meant a lot as I'm always running errands and was scared it was going to go flat at some point. They were extremely helpful and polite on the phone as well as when I got there and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicle there for service in the future!
