“My wife and I were on our honeymoon in a cabin off the main drag and one night I left the light on in my car, allowing it not to start the next morning. Eventually we called Allouez Automotive and John was kind enough to promptly come out and jump it with some fancy tech. I was embarrassed because I knew I needed a new battery (mine had been leaking and making those green crystals). He suggested that I come in for a fast replacement, and I liked that there was no pressure and knew I could trust him. We dropped the car off and walked up to the gem and mineral store but everything was completed within an hour. I can’t thank him enough for coming to our rescue and keeping the good newlywed vibes going!”

“He replaced the rear shocks and springs on my son's Jetta. Super convenient since they are right across the street (and slightly downhill, lol) from MTU Lot 21. Price was beyond fair. Less than $200 labor for the entire job which included replacing the rear shock mounts. Not sure if they order parts though. I ordered them online and had them shipped directly to them. Everything went seamlessly. Frankly, unless I needed specialty work, I wouldn't send my son's car anywhere else.Service: Steering & suspension replacement”

“My son is a student @ Michigan Tech. And for the most part does all the work on his recently restored 96 F250 Diesel. There was some things he was unable to complete before he returned to Tech. Then recently his Alternator was going down. Being in the UP without our shop left him in a bind. Originally Service Manager Steve indicated that he couldn't get him in until 1/30, so he referred us to a diesel shop near by! Unfortunately they couldn't get him in until March! So we reached back out to Steve, we shipped up the parts to my Son that we knew needed replacing and Steve told us to get him his Truck as soon as parts arrived. So Wednesday we dropped it off and they worked him in... The techs indicated that we didn't need all the parts we supplied and we ran into an issue with the Alternator fitment, that Steve and his team quickly resolved! My son was able to get his truck back by Friday afternoon, all the issues had been resolved. And the final bill was very fair!! As a parent with a son just over 4 hours away to have a honest and quality shop that does everything right... needs the proper recognition. So a Big Thank you to Steve and his team @ Copper Country Ford!!!”
