I rented a car for one day. Tony was such a pleasure to deal with when picking up the car. The car was clean, smoke free and new. I was so surprised at how well it handled the snow.Thanks for a great experience. If I ever need to rent again, I will for sure be renting from Enterprise!

I’ve rented twice this summer with zero issues. Cars were ready for me when I arrived and they even let me choose my own car one time. I have another rental coming up, and happy to return to the same place.

Made a reservation for a car since our car broke down 600 miles from home. Need to get home to go to work. After booking and getting a confirmation number, we were able to find a ride 40 mins to the pickup location where we were told they can’t give us a car because they were all reserved weeks ago and “it’s worse to cancel a reservation made longer ago because someone is expecting this car”. They should not have let me make a reservation in the first pace if this was the case because I was expecting this car. Next nearest Enterprize is 100 miles away and they don’t have cars either. Now we have wasted even more time and money and are still stranded 600 miles from home.So much for “Enterprize, we’ll pick you up”

Reserved online and received our confirmation number. Showed up to pick it up when they opened and was told that they do not have one available because a flight was canceled or something. They then called a half hour after i was already there to tell me that it wouldn't be available. What a waste of time.

I had made a reservation weeks ago for a rental car, confirmed through email and all. The day I am supposed to pick it up and leave for my trip, I get a phone call stating they have no vehicles available. There should’ve AT LEAST been a 24 hour notice, not just a few hours before I picked it up. I am highly disgusted with how this was handled and played out. If I could rate 0/5 stars, I would. Just wanted to share my experience. Don’t go here unless you want to be disappointed.

Seriously the worst experience ever. Landed at 11:10pm in houghton county Michigan go to the counter to get our rental car and was told “we don’t have any cars and won’t have any cars until Sunday “. They say they called, checked my phone absolutely no call. Needless to say we are stuck at the airport until we can figure something out. Based on previous reviews doesn’t look like this place is run very well.

Picked up the mini van on August 22, 20Van had mud all the way around, floors had sand all over the place found pretzels down in the holes where the seats drop down to floor.Went to open tailgate it clicked and it didn't work.And this location is only open when planes fly in or out of airport, so if you don't know when planes come in or out, your stuck waiting for someone.

I was unable to pick up the rental car because the employees at this location never showed up during working hours. I waited for an hour and half and left because an airport worker told me they were not going to show up. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing and unprofessional attitude. My family had a worst experience with them in August 2020. I would never recommend it to others.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I booked a vehicle days in advance and came to pick it up during their exceptionally finicky business hours that coincide with limited flights in and out of the airport- ten PM to be exact, only to find the desk empty and the airport closed. Apparently the flight had arrived early, and although my name and reservation were on the manifest left on counter, the place was vacant. I finally found a janitor who laughed heartily at my story- apparently this in not uncommon. As I needed to leave early the next morning, and this is the ONLY rental place in town, I was left in a pickle. You can only imagine the rearranging/flight changing etc that ensued. I was able to catch a cab to the airport the following afternoon- when they opened again and Enterprise was unapologetic. Their only consolation- despite my $30 cab ride and ridiculous reorganization, was to upgrade my vehicle- which was theatre anyhow because they only had three cars available and all of them were upgrades. I made several phone calls to complain but eventually decided to just let it go and get on with my life until now, 6 months later I am cancelling my credit card due to a fraudulent transaction traced back to this tiny poorly staffed rental kiosk. Not only did they completely mess up my reservation and offer zero support, they also mishandled my sensitive financial information.

I already had a rental car that ended up in the shop for brakes. I needed wheels in the meantime. Hours stated they were open that evening from 9:30-11:00pm. I went for 9:30 and waited for over an hour. No one was there. No one came. I left a voice mail and received no call back. This put me in a bind and this was completely unacceptable. If you decide to rent from this location call in advance. Unfortunately there's not a lot of options in the area.

I made two reservations i the day before christmas so i could catch a ship in duluth, i arrived at noon noone was at the counter i waited an hour and left, i then recieved a phonecal during their 2oclock closing hour that an employee will be their at 9pm, i got there a little bit at 9 and noone was there i waited until eleven. now here i am without transportation on christmas day nothings open and cant get to work, because the employees at this location cant show up for work or stand at the counter. take my advice rent a uhaul or pay the 100$ lyft fare and go to marquette and rent a car either way ull get better service

The rental car pick-up and drop-off is in the general terminal parking lot. Limited hours but there is a key drop box.
